When I called to have the roof checked because I've lost shingles, the person who came out to check the roof asked how I'd lost so many. When I told him it was from a windstorm he told me that I could get the roof replaced using my home insurance. I hadn't even thought of it. When the crew came out to repair the roof and install a new one, they were extremely good at their work, careful about getting the mess into their trailer and fast. My roof was finished in one day. When they finished, they checked all around on the ground to make sure that they cleaned up everything. They had me look around and see if there's anything that I was concerned about. They answered any questions I had very cheerfully. The roof looks great and the building inspector was impressed.

I am canceling dish network and they said I had to return a part on the back of the dish which was at the highest area on the peak. Noe removed the entire thing for me very quickly. Very professional. I will use this company when it is time to replace my roof.

All in all, they were very easy to work with, have a lot of enthusiasm, and did an awesome job on a very steep roof......and all for a very reasonable price. I called them and they sent someone to give me an estimate that day. The next day they had someone come out and fix my roof. They went over in detail what repairs were made and assured the best quality work was done.

Keep in mind I am a consumer and did contact other roofers and explained what work needed to be done and the price was astronomical not to mention I would be weeks out. This contractor and his workers were truly outstanding; they showed up on time, finished the job within the amount of time estimated, did an OUTSTANDING job...the workers were polite and mostly "invisible". When I did talk with them they were very cooperative.
And, I think, one of the most important professional things they did, in addition to a fine job...they cleaned up after themselves! I've had experiences where this is not the case...where I had to go "check up" on what some workers had left each day. That was not the case here...totally cleaned up...very impressive...couldn't even tell they were there, other than we had this beautiful new roof!
And Mr. Dickman was very honest with us too...he gave us an estimate that seemed reasonable. And which we would have easily paid...but he got back to us and told us that we actually owed him LESS that what he had originally estimated. How many times does that happen?! Ryan from Icon made this experience really enjoyable. He a great communicator and kept us in the loop at all times. His crew did a excellent job installing the roof.
